Job Summary

The Senior Customer Relationship Officer manages key client relationships, drives higher-value business, and supports junior CROs in achieving sales and service targets. This role plays a critical part in business development while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value or key clients such as VIP, SME, and corporate clients
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, including loans, deposits, and cross-selling
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs
  • Support and guide junior CROs in sales techniques and client handling
  • Handle complex customer cases and escalations
  • Review and ensure accuracy of customer documentation and applications
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong engagement
  • Monitor portfolio performance and manage potential risks
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship, sales, or banking
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience handling high-value or corporate clients is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking/financial products and services
  • Good understanding of credit processes and risk awareness
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze client financial needs and recommend solutions
Soft Skills
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Leadership mindset, even without formal authority
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High accountability and results-driven attitude
