Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client relationships, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and/or business clients
  • Promote and sell banking/financial products such as loans, deposits, cards, etc.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Process account opening, loan applications, and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct customer visits and follow-ups, especially for SME/corporate clients
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or banking systems

Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales mindset may be considered
Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services
  • Familiarity with CBS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Good negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Sales targets such as loans, deposits, and new accounts
  • Customer acquisition and retention rate
  • Cross-selling ratio
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Compliance and documentation accuracy
